Helsinki Cup

Helsinki Cup has been organised since 1976 and the tournament has established its place as a significant part of summer in Helsinki. In 2024, we will celebrate the 49th edition of the tournament, the exact dates being the 8th to 13th of July.

The basic idea and ideology behind Helsinki Cup has remained the same throughout its history. First of all, Helsinki Cup is a tournament for both genders – both boys and girls are warmly welcome to Helsinki Cup! Secondly, Helsinki Cup is an international tournament and we have around 20 different nationalities participating in the tournament each year. Helsinki Cup also wants to highlight tolerance within the football community and thus all participants are equal and important to us. Together we are better!

Karin Niiniharju-Järvinen - Your Helsinki Guide

I'm Karin, barefoot from Helsinki.

I spent my childhood in Merihaa, one summer in Åland, and a month of language courses in Torquay and Berlin. I adore new adventures and encounters, but when I crave nostalgia, I dive into the pages of paper Hesars and deftly chart my course using traditional maps.

With a sense of humor and a systematic approach, I guide with a genuine consideration for my customers' desires. I anticipate and discover, engaging in the work of a guide with wholehearted passion. Upholding the comfort of my customers is my utmost priority.

In my leisure time, I revel in the study of languages, indulge in dancing, and immerse myself in Helsinki's vibrant cultural scene!

Rakkaudesta Helsinkiin. From love to Helsinki.
